Paintable set wall with catwalk measures 24’x12’ and is supplied painted white and ready to shoot. Painting wall costs $300+supplies, you provide Benjamin Moore paint color.

Black Duvetyne sweep background measures 18' wide by 36' long.

Hanging White Poly-Silk background measures 28’ wide x 18' tall. Can be used as ultra large light source by placing lights in the 4' space behind the silk. Rear wall is painted white for bounce.

2 - 6'x10' frosted skylights for natural light with blackout shutters.

3 - 20A/120V circuits.

Separate dressing room with mirror.

High speed wifi cable connection.

Loading area with 10’x10’ street access roll-up door.

Three parking spaces are available in front of building (North of entry door) and plenty of on-street parking, no meters.
