A 50% deposit is due on first day of rental. The remainder is due at end of rental period. Business checks, money orders or cash only. We do not accept debit/credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
A $150 fee will be charged for cancellations within 24 hours of reservation.
Clean up
Client is responsible for removal of all props, sets, equipment, lumber, wardrobe, etc., upon completion of shooting. Clean up fee is waived if facilities are approved by the stage manager.
Set wall painting
The set wall is painted white at the start of rental. Client is responsible for any repainting or repair necessary to return stage to original condition at end of wrap.
Client may request any color other than white for a shoot day. This requires a prep day for setup, and a strike day for re-painting, in addition to the $200 fee for labor plus expenses.
Rental Insurance Requirements
A) Customer MUST provide andyBATTstudio, llc with evidence of comprehensive general liability insurance in the amount not less than $1,000,000 - combined single limit.
B)”All Risks” equipment rental insurance on all equipment rented from andyBATTstudio, llc in an amount not less than $500,000.
andyBATTstudio, llc must be named as loss payee
NOTE : any deductible fees are responsibility of client. The insurance must be verified by filing a properly executed certificate of insurance containing the following elements:
1.) Include andyBATTstudio, llc 2021 SE 11th Avenue Portland OR 97214 as an additional insured.
2.) Provide a 10-day notice of cancellation to andyBATTstudio, llc in the event of any cancellation or reduction in insurance coverage.
3.) Contain in a statement that the insurance is primary with respect to andyBATTstudio, llc over all other insurance.
Evidence of the above insurance requirements must be by a valid and properly executed certificate of insurance filed with andyBATTstudio, llc prior to commencement of any work in studio or delivery of any equipment.
